Green overlay is cut back to clear crystal in two bands: gilt scrollwork with raised gold leaves and berries up top, and gilt swags above oval lenses filled with gold filigree below. A gilt rim tops the piece, and the base is finished with a cut star.
Good condition, with light wear to the gilding consistent with age. No chips, cracks, or repairs.
