SHIPPING DETAILS

All items are shipped from Europe via Fedex and DHL. 

We ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Internationally*.

*Shipping rates to certain regions vary. In the event of a significant difference of shipping charges, you will be notified before your order ships and you must approve the additional charge.

We will not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. 

SHIPPING COST 

There is a flat rate international shipping charge of $25 on most orders. 

We offer complimentary shipping over $600 on eligible items. 

SHIPPING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 6 days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note that we are not responsible for additional shipping fees incurred if you are unavailable to receive your package.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We pack with care and inspect all orders before shipping.

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at info@cindygreenenyc.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and all packaging BEFORE the product is installed or used in any way. Keep all packaging materials. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
